Betty Gail Butler

Betty Gail Butler, 78, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, died peacefully at her home in Holiday, FL on June 8, 2021. Betty was born in Pontiac, MI to Ward and Marie Arrowsmith on July 23, 1942. After graduating from Pontiac high school she married her love of 58 years, James Robert Butler, and they were blessed with 2 sons. Betty had a vibrant personality and a giving heart. She was a devoted wife, mother and a doting grandmother. She loved classic movies and was a true friend to many. Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children, Kirk (Tyra) Butler from Corona, CA and Kevin (Sharon) Butler from Attica, MI. 3 grandchildren, Sarah (25) and Keegan (23) Butler, MI and Olivia (5), CA and life-long friend since grade school, Maureen Kinney. Service will be held at 11AM on July 10, 2021 at Lakeview Cemetery in Clarkston, Michigan with a Celebration of Life to follow at 12PM at the American Legion Post #377 in Clarkston, Michigan.
