Survived by husband, Carl, son, Matthew, daughters, Jennifer, Kristen(Duane) and Jaclyn, mother, Barbara, brothers, Danny and Dennis, sisters, Cristine and Suzanne, grands, Hailey Rose and Mason. Predeceased by father Dionicio and sister, Francine. Visitation, Friday, May 6th, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. and Memorial Service at 5:00 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Home Chapel.
