Marc Robert Judnick, a beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully in hospice, surrounded by his family on December 11, 2023, after a courageous battle with brain cancer.  Born in Joliet, Illinois, Marc had a zest for life that was infectious and a sense of humor that could light up any room. His laughter was a melody that will continue to echo in the hearts of those who loved him.

Marc is survived by his loving wife Lisa (Wilhelmi) Judnick, whom he met in a physics class in 1995, a story they loved to recount with smiles. Together, they were raising two wonderful children, Gregory Ryan and Noelle Ryan, who were a joy to Marc. He was the cherished son of Robert and Marcia (Krameric) Judnick, and the loving brother to David Judnick and Michele (Patrick) Kehoe, and his Godchildren Christopher and Jonathan Kehoe.

Preceded in death by his child, Jordan Judnick, his grandparents Edward and Mary (Marcinko) Judnick, and Anthony and Louise (Riffel) Krameric.

Marc was a man of many passions. He loved cooking and eating decadent meals, building sound systems, running, cycling, building arcades, gaming, and attending concerts. An avid audiophile, Marc loved chasing the best quality sound experience.  His infectious enthusiasm for these activities was a testament to his vibrant spirit.  Marc was also a movie quote extraordinaire, always ready with a line to fit any situation, often eliciting laughter from those around him.  He could most often be counted on to provide timely James Bond quotes, among others.

Marc was a graduate of Plainfield High School and later attended Lewis University before graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management. He began his career at KLA-Tencor, where he served as a Master Scheduler, Purchasing Agent, and Materials Manager for four years. His love for his work led him to Apple, where he spent 16 fulfilling years as an Operations Program Manager, SupplyPlanner, and Inventory Management Program Lead.  His dedication to his work was evident in his 16th Appleversary, which was celebrated just a day before his passing.

Marc was not just a man of intelligence and wit, but also of generosity and kindness. He had a unique way of elevating the standard for himself and everyone around him. He taught those around him to make the most of every day and to chase their passions relentlessly. His life was a testament to these lessons, and his legacy will continue to inspire those who knew him.

In three words, Marc was funny, loyal, and intelligent. But these words only scratch the surface of the man he was. His impact was profound, his laughter was contagious, and his love was boundless. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023, from 5-7 pm at Morgan Funeral Home, 6025 Trouble Creek Rd, New Port Richey, Florida. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 10:30 am at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Trinity, Florida.  Marc will be interred in his birthplace, Joliet, Illinois, at a later date.

Marc's life was a celebration of love, laughter, food, and passion. As we mourn his loss, let us also celebrate his life and the joy he brought to all of us. His memory will live on in the hearts of his loved ones and in the many lives he touched.

The family would like to extend thanks to Advent Health Wesley Chapel Outpatient Rehabilitation for all of their care and support, and for all of the effort of Gulfside Hospice to help make Marc comfortable in his last days.
