Marian W. Stachura

Marian Wojciech Stachura. In the morning hours of August 24, 2016, Marian Stachura, age 66, passed away suddenly in Ocala, Florida. Marian was born August 14, 1950 in Zabrze, Poland. Marian was married to Barbara Stachura on September 6; they were married 41 years. He is survived by his wife Barbara, children Mikolaj and Agnieszka, daughter-in-law Izabela, grandchildren Julia, Anna and Maya, sister Krystyna and other family and friends. Marian is preceded in death by parents, Stefan and Wanda Stachura. They say “when someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure.” Marian left immeasurable amount of memories. He was selfless, generous and always helpful putting other people’s needs before his own. He was a family man always ready to help. His laughter, genuine hugs and warm words won’t be forgotten and always treasured by many. Marian was truly an inspiration. He did not hesitate moving to another continent in his 50s and was always ready for a challenge. He was an entrepreneur who was never defined by his age constantly challenging and improving self. Marian enjoyed cooking, appreciated food and loved taking care of others. His meals were always work of art carefully crafted and always enjoyed by many. He was an excellent craftsman in many areas and could fix anything; his precision and sense of esthetics were always impeccable. Marian was truly a man of thousands trick who could slice bread so thin no one could believe was done by hand, fix a leaking roof or built a fireplace. Service will be held at 6pm, Thursday, September 1st, at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (4843 Mile Stretch Drive, Holiday, Florida 34690). “You may be gone from my sight… But you are never gone from my heart.”
