RaeJean Hayes

On October 8, 2016, we lost an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. RaeJean Hayes (Rathbun) was born August 22, 1943 in Rochester, New York. She resided in New Port Richey, Florida, and formerly of Avon, New York. The center of RaeJean’s life was always about spending time with family and these were her most precious and cherished moments. If you were her friend, you were her friend for life. She is survived by her husband and best friend, William, their children, Dale (Demi), Corrina (Joe), Brett (Shelly), Penny (Todd), Michael (Gail), Julie (Corey), Susan (Andy). She was a loving grandma to Stephanie, Taylor, Megan, Rachel, Joey, Mackenzie, Tyler, Brittney, Geoffrey, Isaac, Eleanor, Keenan (Jackie), Ashley, Brittnay, William and great-grandma to Emmalie and Felix. She was an inspiration to her siblings; Joan, Sonya, Kathy and Raymond as well as her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Her strength and courage will continue on through all of us.
