Robert Allen

Robert (Bob) Allen Jackson Sr. (67) of Port Richey, FL died Tuesday Oct 16th in his home surrounded by family. Robert was the 2nd of five children born to John Henry & Betty (Waltz) Jackson. Bob was a skilled carpenter and continued to practice his craft even after his retirement. Bob had two children from his first marriage and later had 10 grandchildren. Amie (Paul) Poore and their children John (Michaela) Poore, Caitlin (Orion) Johnson, Madison Poore, & Bryce Poore. Robert Jackson Jr. and his children Sondra (Darius) Baker, Robert (Carol) Jackson III, Rian Jackson, Nicole Jackson, Richard (Lashunda) Jackson, Brandon (Shelby) Jackson, & Brianna Jackson. He married Phyllis Hill on August 8, 1992 and was blessed with four more children & nine grandchildren. Dean Oglesby and his children Heather, Lance, & Lex. Rhonda Stubbs and her children Herbie, Krystal, & David. Phillip Oglesby & Chrissy Oglesby and her children Stephenie, Damien, & Dustin. Bob had 31 great-grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his parents, all of his siblings Frances (Francie), Mary, Gloria (Jeannie), & John (Jackie), two step-children Dean Oglesby & Rhonda Stubbs, and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held in Bob’s honor on Saturday October 20th, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Home in New Port Richey, FL.
