Terri Lee Mayhue, well known local artist, business woman and author, passed away suddenly July 28th, 2021 at the age of 68. Terri is survived by her husband of 48 years, R. Timothy Mayhue, her sister, Nikki Doehla, daughter-in-law, Tara Roese Mayhue and sons, Beau-Michael Mayhue and Jentzen McKenzie Mayhue. Terri was preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn, father, Nick Spear and mother-in-law, Nancy Mayhue.
Born in Rochester, Pennsylvania on July 1st, 1953 and transplanted to Florida in 1983. Terri had retired from her nail business of 30 years, but was an active artist and avid horsewoman. She happily taught any and all who were willing to seek her out, whether as an artist, an author, or an equestrian. Terri loved her kids, her mini Australian Shepherds, cats and horses, especially Zip, her 'Sainted' dog and her beloved FatHorse.
Services will be held at Morgan Funeral Home on August 7th, 2021 with a pre-service beginning at 1:00pm followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00pm. Afterwards, we would like to invite everyone to join us for a Celebration of Life at the Colony Cove Mobile Home Park Clubhouse located just off Cecilia Drive from 3:30pm - 5:30pm.
