Velma J. Shay, 94 of New Port Richey, passed away on November 1, 2018. She is survived by daughters, Patricia and Pamela, 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Prov. 17:22 A merry heart doeth good like a medicine. Contributions may be made to the Building Fund at First Baptist Church of New Port Richey.
