Zulma Zenaida Scheer

Zulma Zenaida Scheer, 82, of New Port Richey, FL passed away peacefully on June 28th, 2022. She was born on February 5th, 1940, in Ciales, Puerto Rico. She was the daughter of Juan Dominguez and Francisca Colon. Zulma is survived by her children, Suzette, and Matthew, grandchildren, Katricia, Michael, and Angelie, and great-grandchildren Halie, Bryce, and Brayden. Zulma was a strong matriarch. She stood by her family through tough times, offering love and support. She was a devout Catholic and sacristan for Our Lady Queen of Peace. She had a positive influence on people by volunteering in the church, hospice, and assisted living. She enjoyed amusing others, especially her grandchildren. Zulma loved animals and adopted many different animals throughout her life. She was a self-taught painter, drawing inspiration from meaningful people and events in her life. She was a lifelong learner and an avid reader. She was hardworking and lived an independent and self-sufficient life.
